GABLE CLEAR SPAN STEEL BUILDING
The gable clear span frame is the most common pre-engineered steel building utilized in the USA today. The steel building’s rigid framing system allows for large spans and heights while not decreasing overall design strength. The clear span steel frame keeps the entire floor space free of any interior columns, thus provided unlimited uses for these buildings. The shape of the frame creates a traditional gable roof with varying pitches for proper water drainage, and reduced snow/ice accumulation.
Common Uses:
Warehouses, sports venues, aircraft storage, gymnasiums, farming equipment storage, etc.

SINGLE SLOPE CLEAR SPAN STEEL BUILDING
The single slope clear span frame is primarily used for commercial applications, projects where snow/water drainage is restricted or when adding onto the sidewall of an existing building where structural attachment may be limited. It is often used with parapet walls or custom facades to enhance the appearance of the eave line or to create an architectural accent.
Common Uses:
Offices, shopping, work shop, aviation and agricultural.
Widths: 10’ to 100’
Heights: 8’ to 60’ (possibly more)
LEAN-TO STEEL BUILDING
The lean-to frame allows for a low cost expansion onto an existing structure which can be either enclosed or remain open.
Common Uses:
Economical interior/exterior vehicle or general storage, offices, stables for riding arenas or addition to existing building.
Widths: 8’ to 60’
Heights: 10’ to 60’ (possibly more)
MULTI-SPAN STEEL BUILDING
The multi-span (gable) rigid frame system uses interior columns to provide additional structural support that reduces the cost dramatically on extremely wide metal buildings. This rigid frame design is often used in buildings over 90’ wide and can be manufactured with equal interior column spacing or customized with variable bay spacing to suit the application.
Common Uses:
Large commercial buildings including distribution centers, warehouses, bulk commodity storage or industrial applications.
Widths: 100’ to 600’
Heights: 20’ to 60’ (possibly more)
Also, available in a single slope steel frame.
