SHIP DIRECT ONLY
We will coordinate with you on the type, size and finishes of your desired pre-engineered steel building. We handle the management of all the pieces and parts of your steel building. Each building includes our engineering services with stamped engineered plans. The plans include the anchor bolt layout, structural framing assemblies, panel layout assembly and all details. We also include shipping to your location, on time, and for an industry leading price.
SHIP DIRECT & ERECT
We can ship and erect your steel building with our in-house construction services. We will provide all of our ship direct services PLUS send one of our experienced erection crews to assemble your building. Our ship & erect services include rigid frame assembly, exterior roof & wall panel applications, insulation applications, roll-up overhead door installation and pedestrian door installation.
SHIP DIRECT, ERECT & GC
We provide a full service turn-key option that includes shipping, erection and general management of the entire steel building project. These services include, but are not limited to, excavation, concrete foundations, steel erection, interior walls, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, flooring, drop ceilings, storefront glass, driveways, parking lots and more. We take care of it all, so you don’t have to worry. We provide weekly update reports that track our progress in real-time. And, we have a 98% on time completion record!
